Bye-Bye Brunch in Pomona's

Recently I met one of my bestie in London to have our last catch up! Yes another great friend is moving out, but this is for the best reason! :)
So, to say goodbye or rather to say see you soon, we wanted to have something that nowadays is a proper Londoner-thing to do: having brunch in a cool brunch place.

Since Pomona's is so close to my place, ever since they opened I wanted to go there and check it out...well it took me more than a year to do so, but it was well worth it! The staff was really friendly and the food we had was really delish! And it does not exactly have London prices...seemed slightly cheaper, which is also positive!

We ordered more things to the table so we could enjoy everything together and could share a dessert too. Nati had the salmon and I enjoyed wild mushrooms on some fancy bread :) and we shared some scotch pancakes as well. As you can see this place is a real instagram heaven, but besides that, you will also have tastebud-ready foods to enjoy! :)

So it's a bye and see you to Nati and a goodbye for 2017 with a lovely brunch!

Sziasztok!

Nemregiben talalkoztam az egyik kedves baratnommel Londonban egy 'utolso vacsorara', mert egy ujabb jo barat hagyja el Londont egy jobb jovo erdekeben, bar Nati tenyleg a legjobb indokkal megy el :) 

A lenyeg, hogy bucsuzoul egy manapsag igazan londoni dologgal szerettunk volna bucsuzni, megpedig egy kozos reggelivel egy szuper helyen. 

A Pomonas-ba mentunk, amely mivel nagyon kozel van hozzam, amiota megnyilt mar szazszor le akartam csekkolni, es vegre igy tobb mint egy eves kesessel sikerult is. Hmm es meleg szivvel ajanlom mindenkinek ha Londonban jarna! Miert is? Mert a szemelyzet nagyon rendes es cuki, ezenfelul pedig a kaja az isteni volt! Es hogy meg egy jo okot monjdjak?? Az arak nem londoni arak...legalabbis nem tunt annak, szerintunk olcsobb mint az atlag londoni ar, szoval csak nyerhettek vele!

Nati lazacos rantottat evett szodas kenyeren szolgalva, en pedig gombas buggyantott tojasos feltetet kovaszos kenyeren (igen ez nagyon meno angliaban, mert altalaban a normal bolti kenyerekben nincs kovasz, meg eleszto sem nagyon). Mindemelle pedig rendeltunk meg egy amerikai palacsintat is sok sok afonyaval, juharsziruppal es tejszinhabbal.

Na nezzetek meg a kepeket, es rajottok, hogy ez a hely egy instagram paradicsom, amellett, hogy isteni izeiek vannak!

Csao, viszlat, hamaroan talalkozunk Natinak! Es viszlat 2017-nek is ezzel a finom reggelivel! 

Mindenkinek nagyon boldog uj esztendot! 2018-at kivanok!

The 2017 Spectacular Selfridges Christmas Shop Windows

As in every year, the most amazing shop windows in town cannot be missed! Every time when it turns November or late October I am super intrigued to find out how the new shop windows will look like...Yes, the best is always the Selfridges' Christmas shop windows and I think this year it is as spectacular as ever, however most of the first impressions are not revolved around Christmas, but rather a parade, march or carnival comes to mind first.
I heard the team actually was the carnival or celebrations of Christmas...and you will notice some really British things that are unmissable around Christmas, for example the brussel-sprouts :)
But yes the results are amazing! Have a look at them!

Mint ahogyan minden evben, a legszuperebb karacsonyi kirakatok kihagyhatatlanok a londoni karacsonybol! Oktober vegen, november elejen mar tukon ulok mindig, hogy meg tudjam iden mit is raktak ossze a Selfridges aruhaz tervezoi....hat iden sem kell szegyenkezni! Igen szuperek lettek, habar a karacsonyi hangulatot nem annyira hozzak mint peldaul tavaly, mert inkabb felvonulasos, karnevalozos bulis hangulatuak a kirakatok az utolso kivetelevel ahol a sok sok telapo is bulizik! :) Egyebkent olvastam, hogy az idei tema a karacsony unneplese, megpedig sok sok angliai klisevel, mint peldaul a kelbimbo, mert az evesenek nagy hagyomanya van itt karacsonykor.
